Sleeping badly is a nightmare! You don't have to put up with it.
You OWE yourself better sleep.
We're told to exercise more and eat better. But when you're exhausted, you won't do either. You skip the walk, grab the sugar and the cycle repeats.
Sleep may be the most important health habit of all, because it decides how well you can do the rest. It's when your body repairs, your mind resets and your mood recovers.
Fix your sleep and you'll have the energy, patience and focus to enjoy everything else in your life.
Every night of broken sleep costs you energy, mood, focus and health. Left alone, it rarely fixes itself, and it can quietly affect your work, your relationships and how you feel about yourself.
For $90 (usually $150) you can start fixing it tonight. One session, with a coach who has spent 20 years doing exactly this.

Poor sleep is rarely about one thing. These are some of the most common causes we help people work through, and often it's two or three together.
Replaying the day, planning tomorrow, worrying about things you can't fix at 2am.
A body that's tired but a mind that won't switch off, or a racing heart when you lie down.
Back, joint or chronic pain that makes it hard to settle, or wakes you when you move.
Nightmares, feeling on alert at night, or bedtime bringing up things you'd rather not think about.
Night shifts, early starts and rotating rosters that leave your body clock confused.
Night sweats, hot flushes and changes that disrupt sleep you once took for granted.
Loss, separation, a new job or a move. Big changes often show up first in your sleep.
New babies, snoring partners and a bed you share with more than you'd like.
Late phones, caffeine, alcohol, irregular bedtimes and naps that work against you.
Frequent flying and time-zone changes that leave you wired at night and flat by day.
Street noise, early sunrises, a room that's too hot or cold, or a mattress that doesn't suit you.
Lighter sleep, earlier waking and more trips to the bathroom as the years go by.
Where there's a medical or mental health condition involved, coaching works alongside your doctor or therapist, not instead of them.
This is what good sleep looks like for an adult. If you're in the right-hand column most nights, your sleep needs attention.
| Each night | Good sleep | Sleep that needs help |
|---|---|---|
| How much sleep | An average of 8 hours | Not enough for your body to heal |
| Time to fall asleep | About 10 minutes | Lying there awake |
| Waking during the night | Once, or not at all | 2 or more times, including bathroom trips |
| Feeling in the morning | Rested, alert and happy | Tired, foggy and needing coffee |

The session
We educate you on the things you need to know, in simple language. From there we pinpoint what's keeping you awake and build a simple, personal plan you can start that night. Afterwards, we'll send you all of the notes, so you remember everything you've learnt.
For most people, yes. 80% never need another session! You'll leave with a clear plan and tools you can use straight away. If you'd like extra support, we can talk about it, but it's never required.
No, but it helps to jot down roughly when you've gone to bed, fallen asleep and woken up for a few nights beforehand. Even a rough idea gives us a useful starting point.
Your choice. Both work well, so pick whichever is more comfortable. Because it's online, you can join from home, wherever you live.
Your situation
Shift work is one of the most common reasons people come to us. We'll work with your actual roster, including nights and rotating shifts, to help your body clock cope and make the sleep you do get count.
Pain and sleep feed each other, so improving one often eases the other. We'll look at positioning, wind-down and relaxation techniques that make it easier to settle. Please keep working with your doctor or physio on the pain itself.
Many people with a history of trauma find night-time especially hard. Coaching can give you practical ways to feel calmer and safer at bedtime. It isn't trauma therapy, so if you're working with a psychologist or counsellor, please keep doing so. Coaching works well alongside it.
This is the most common thing we hear. You'll learn practical techniques to quiet a busy mind, including methods used by Navy SEALs to switch off under pressure, so bedtime stops being thinking time.
We'll look at practical ways to manage night-time waking, temperature and your bedroom setup. If symptoms are severe, it's worth talking to your doctor about treatment options too.
Real life doesn't always cooperate. We'll work with what you can change, and find ways to fall back asleep faster when you are woken.
We'll look at natural approaches. Please don't stop or change any medication without speaking to your doctor first.
Coaching is educational and doesn't replace medical care. If you suspect a condition such as sleep apnoea, restless legs or narcolepsy, please see your doctor as well. Loud snoring with gasping, or falling asleep during the day without meaning to, are good reasons to get checked.
